A blessing based upon Psalm 3

When you feel like troubles are mounting

and everyone is turning against you

Don’t listen to what they say

They are too narrow-minded

May you be open to the wideness of the Divine

that it may shield you

Chin up

The Divine is listening to your cries

May you know that you are always heard

May your sleep be restful

May you awake refreshed, sustained, unafraid
