When you feel like you’ve fallen into a pit

and you’re crying out

I’m down here

but no one can hear you

Know that the Divine One is listening

Go ahead, cry out

But know that you’ve already been heard

When you feel that all you do is wait

for answers that never seem to come

Know that a new day is dawning

A beautiful morning

Filled with hope and mercy

A great liberation from whatever is holding you down
