Why are you crying

Why are you troubled

Why are you down there in that pit

Try this

Stretch out your hands and call upon the Divine

daily

Remember the tender love and faithfulness

of the Divine

Be astonished again

Seek the face of the Holy

It’s there, everywhere you look
