Find a new way – it’s okay even to shout

Use your best words

Words are important

Through words, God created everything

and you can do the same with your words

Know that God watches over you

to deliver you

to make your life worth living

Let your heart rejoice

Trust in God’s name

May God’s mercy be upon you

and give you hope
